Return & Refund Policy

At Loopcut, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product only.
  • Damage issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Process for Damaged Items

  • After verification of the damage claim, a replacement of the same product will be shipped.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
