At Loopcut, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product only.
- Damage issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchange Process for Damaged Items
- After verification of the damage claim, a replacement of the same product will be shipped.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
